Can a Child be Adopted with only one Parents Permission

Attention young men every where, if you have a child out of wedlock you are at risk of haveing your natural rights stripped from you. This isn’t really all that new, unwed young men have to register with the state in order to have any parental rights concerning adoption, abortion, and custody. This registry is called the Putative Father Registry, and it is all over the U.S. More than half the states go by this statute (and in some states, a law. The Putative Father Registry basically demands that if the unwed father wishes to have and parental rights concerning his child, he must tell the state about his sex life. Can you imagine a seventeen-year-old young man who doesn’t want his girl to give the baby up for adoption because he wants to raise it. If you can imagine that, can you picture him filling out forms telling the state when he had sex with the mother and the possible birth date of the child. Should young men have to tell the Government about their sex lives in order to have parental rights. Just because a man isn’t married before he has a child doesn’t make him an unfit father. Rights can be stripped if the man has a record of abusing women and children, but because he didn’t fill out a form…it is getting ridiculous. Before we know it, the government will have control of womens parental rights and the women will have to file for parental rights, do you think it is possible that our government will take it that far?

The Declaration of Independence states: “Prudence, indeed, will dictate the government’s long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn the mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are suffer-able that to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpation’s, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is there right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

This declaration gives those who have the ability to do something about the wrongs in todays government and society, the responsibility to do something. We need to stand up and accept the responsibility handed to us by our forefathers and use it to protect the natural rights of unwed men! The rights of unwed men are being trodden upon in these very days, in this very country. Women once stood up to the government, African-Americans did also, and they established there rights as citizens. Now is it time to protect the rights of unwed men! Now is the time to join together in just cause and fight! Now it is time to bring equality to all once again! Now is the time to bring well-deserved justice to the side of unwed men! Now is the time to stand up and do something!
